I celebrated my Independence Day by participating in an activity that half the representatives in this country, once hailed as a bastion of freedom, wants desperately to make a federal crime despite the only participants being consensual adults. As we drift closer and closer to a police state, in the name of the perpetuation of an utterly false sense of security, remember that this country actually once prided itself on allowing people to do what they wanted, and be thankful for getting to ride the final coattails of the liberty granted by our once-great but ever-fading idealism.
Lest that sound too pessimistic, I posted a very short session, 600 hands, +$140 at NL200. Maintaining a good winrate for the month: 7.43 BB/100. MTD winnings: $1578.
